A Design & Create Company
A Message from Tim Ford, Atlanta Bookshelves Inc. Founder and CEO
Dear Valued Customer,
At Atlanta Bookshelves, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority. We recognize the importance of home and the solace it provides us all as we weather these uncertain times together.
We remain here to help—online, by phone, by video conference, or in person—to support you with designing organizational solutions so that you have more time to focus on what matters most. Our teams are diligently monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and medical professionals in an effort to comply with the latest protocols necessary to protect the well-being of our communities.
Virtual Design Consultations:
As an alternative to our in-home design services, we are offering virtual appointments and consultations to collaborate one-on-one with customers using audio and visual technology. We are happy to reschedule an in-home meeting with a free, virtual design consultation. We also fully support any employee’s decision to request a cancellation or reschedule an appointment without concern of recourse.
In many places with “Shelter in Place” mandates, our operations have been deemed an essential infrastructure service as determined by Homeland Security and/or the state or local municipality. Therefore, in accordance with the current distancing and safety protocols, we can continue to manufacture and install your Atlanta Bookshelves built Ins.
Following current precautionary procedures, we have implemented immediate health and safety measures to our existing White Glove Service when we are at your home. In addition to always protecting your walls and floors, our installers are following preventative actions, which include washing hands and using hand sanitizer. If employees are not feeling well they are required to stay home.

Thank you for your continued confidence and trust in Atlanta Bookshelves. Your safety is extremely important to us and you can count on us to deliver the best and most accommodating service possible.
